Listen to our main speakers, Gerry McGovern and Martin Hill-Wilson, who will inspire you to take the lead on customer-centric approaches. Gerry is a customer experience consultant who developed Top Tasks, a customer experience management model used across international organizations and governments. Martin is founder of Brainfood Consulting and has a long and accomplished track record of delivering inspirational keynotes on customer engagement strategy and implementation.
