Supervisors can easily select to monitor any extension on the account, from mobile or desktop. Once an extension is selected and monitoring begins, switching between “Monitor,” “Whisper” and “Barge” modes can be done with a simple keystroke.

By requesting this app, a note will be sent to your VBC Administrator for approval. Once approved, the app will appear on your VBC Desktop and Mobile App. All pricing displayed in USD. Admins will view pricing in local currency by region.

Overview

Monitor any call from any phone on your account with options to whisper to the monitored user, or barge in to have a three-way call. Supervisors can easily monitor any extension on the account they select, and even access the feature remotely from their smartphone or laptop using the Mobile App, Web App, or Desktop App. Once an extension is selected and call monitoring begins, switching between “monitor,” “whisper,” and “barge” modes can be done with a simple keystroke. This service can be utilized as a training or coaching tool to improve the quality of the interactions and employees performance.
